Once in the morning as a way to set expectations for your day, and once at night to recuperate after a day. At the end of the 40 days, you should be able to continue taking mindful moments on your own reflection on your stressors and change them by incorporating healthier habits. When writing this book I was inspired by my own personal practices and begin to think about how can I help others who may need it.
