Recently, I found myself watching The Cheetah Girls as an adult, and it brought back a flood of memories and emotions that I hadn’t tapped into in years. The child version of me absolutely adored the Cheetah Girls. Some of my fondest memories are from the times I spent at my late grandma’s house, dancing and singing with my cousins. We would debate who got to sing which part and who would be which Cheetah Girl. Those moments were pure magic—carefree, joyful, and filled with a sense of empowerment that only The Cheetah Girls could bring.
The Cheetah Girls were more than just a fictional girl group to us. They represented strength, sisterhood, and the idea that you could be fierce, fabulous, and unstoppable no matter where you came from. They were such good role models for young girls, showing us that we didn’t have to fit into any mold to be powerful. Each Cheetah Girl was unique, with her own style, dreams, and personality, yet they all came together to support one another and chase their goals. They taught us the importance of friendship, believing in ourselves, and standing up for what we love.
The Cheetah Girls showed us that being a Cheetah Girl wasn’t about the clothes you wore or the way you looked; it was about what was in your heart. “You're a cheetah girl because of who you are, and what's in your heart... And you're a pure Cheetah Girl, por la vida.” These words were more than just a line from the movie—they were a mantra that reminded us to stay true to ourselves and to the bond we shared as friends and family.
But as I grew older, I found myself distancing from the cheetah print and all it represented. It seemed like a relic of my childhood, something I needed to leave behind as I navigated the complexities of adulthood. I forgot what it meant to be a Cheetah Girl, to embrace that spirit of being the fastest and fiercest feline in the jungle. In the hustle and bustle of adult life, I lost touch with the girl who danced without a care in the world, who believed she could conquer anything with a little bit of sparkle and a whole lot of heart.
Watching The Cheetah Girls again, I realized how much I missed that version of myself—the one who didn’t wait around for anyone to rescue her. The song “Cinderella” was such a powerful anthem back then, and its message resonates even more with me now:

As I reflect on where I am now, I realize that I want to get back to that girl who believed she could do anything. I want to reconnect with the most authentic version of myself—the Cheetah Girl who is fierce, unstoppable, and unapologetically herself. It’s time to reclaim that cheetah print, to wear it proudly, not just as a fashion statement, but as a symbol of everything it means to be a Cheetah Girl.

My latest travel adventure took me from the wild streets of New Orleans to the bright lights of Las Vegas, and it was a whirlwind of work, play, and everything in between. This journey was not just about visiting two iconic cities; But a note to self that you should play as hard as you work. I kicked off my trip in New Orleans, where I had the privilege of working as a personal assistant to one of my six-figure CEO clients. In my masterclass, I teach how to attract six-figure clients, and this trip was a perfect example of how you can still enjoy yourself while meeting the demands of high-powered business owner while having fun. After the work was done, I made my way to the famous Bourbon Street. Bourbon Street was lined with people dancing, having fun, and sipping on frozen daiquiris. The street was alive with music, laughter, and the kind of vibrant atmosphere that New Orleans is known for.

When it comes to packing for two trips in one, Southwest Airlines is my go-to travel partner. Their open seating plan offers flexibility, but the real game-changer is their generous baggage policy. With Southwest, you get two checked bags, a carry-on item, and a personal item—perfect for when you need to pack for multiple destinations. Using two large suitcases to organize and separate my clothes and essentials by trip allowed me to separate my outfits, accessories, and essentials into different suitcases, making it easy to transition from the busy streets of New Orleans to the bright lights of Las Vegas.

One of the best ways to stay fresh and ready during back-to-back trips is by booking a hotel with laundry facilities. I always pack travel-sized laundry detergent and fabric softener, so I can wash my clothes between trips. Doing laundry at the end of each trip means I come home with clean clothes, ready to be packed away for the next adventure. This is a game-changer for frequent travelers like me who want to keep their travel items organized and ready to go.

After my weekend in New Orleans, I flew straight to Las Vegas without stopping home. Las Vegas was the second wing to my trip, and it didn’t disappoint. Las Vegas was full of highlights, but the Bellagio stood out as an experience I’ll never forget. The Bellagio’s Botanical Garden and Conservatory was so beautiful that it brought tears to my eyes.

I was completely swept away by the "Higher Love" exhibit. Picture colorful hot-air balloons floating through the air, surrounded by vibrant florals—it was like stepping into a romantic dream. The whole display, inspired by European nostalgia and timeless love, really hit home for me. As a hopeless romantic who's always daydreaming about my wedding and the idea of love, this exhibit had me in tears. I could feel every bit of love and beauty they were trying to capture. If you’re anything like me, you’ll absolutely love it. I highly recommend checking it out before it ends on September 7th. I’ve been to Vegas countless times, and I’ve literally never been to the Bellagio. The beauty of the Bellagio alone made me want to book my next stay in Vegas as a guest in the Bellagio suites.

The real fun and real winnings in Vegas are in Old Vegas. Once you leave the strip and travel out to old Vegas it’s a completely different vibe. Freemont streets sits under a dome like structure covered with images projected and people ziplining above you. There are still hotels and bars on the streets and of course the casinos. A little-known secret is that everyone knows those slots pay out more in old Vegas.  Ans I was able to witness people hitting jackpots on their slot machines.
 
During this particular trip to Vegas, we rented a car, and we drove out to Bulgogi’s Gourmet hotdogs per the recommendation of Tik Tok food Vlogger Keith Lee.  We were greeted very warmly by the cashier who took out order and sat our party of 10 in this local restaurant. I went into this knowing the glowing reviews they had received but nothing could have prepared us for the delicious goodness that was Buldogi’s. my Group tried several of the breakfast sandwiches from their egg drop menu. I personally tried their Korean fried chicken sandwich the chicken was juicy fresh perfectly breaded and sauced. Their home made Korean slaw made the sandwich so refreshing and delicious.
 
The food was so great we came back the next day for round two where I tried a bulgogi hot dog…. The all-beef hot dog topped with tender juicy marinated beef bulgogi hit the spot. I kept telling my waiter “I can’t believe y’all made this” so if you’re ever in Vegas and you want to get away from all the Hussle and bustle and try a local favorite I highly recommend Buldogi’s. the service was exceptional. The team was very attentive and interactive and the food was 10/10 my family kept saying they had never tasted anything like this it wasn’t mass produced, it was made with love and made to order.
 
While in Vegas I was able to visit my local Keller Willams Office. I find myself truly blessed to use my travel benefits to travel all over the world selling Real Estate connecting with my referral partners and helping my Real Estate clients relocate all across the globe. I always wondered how I could tie in being a travel agent and realtor, but it all works together.

It’s as if God is gently nudging me, reminding me that I’m on the right path, that everything is unfolding according to His perfect plan.

One day, while scrolling through my Bible app, I came across a devotional plan titled "8:28." Of course, I had to click it—I knew it was meant for me. What I didn’t realize was how transformative that devotional would be. It wasn’t just a daily reading; it was a life-changing experience that I’ve revisited time and time again.

There’s a certain calmness that washes over me when I reflect on Romans 8:28. It’s a peace that comes from knowing that all things—every joy, every challenge, every unexpected twist—are working together for good. My steps are already ordered by God, and He knows exactly what I will do long before I do it. This knowledge has given me a profound sense of calm, a reassurance that I don’t have to worry about what’s ahead. It’s all 8:28.

As I turn 29 and embrace the final year of my 20s, I’m filled with both excitement and reflection. This past decade has been a journey of growth, discovery, and self-acceptance. I’ve learned so much about who I am and what I’m called to do. I’ve faced challenges that have tested my faith, but I’ve also experienced incredible blessings that have affirmed God’s purpose for my life.

The upcoming year feels like a beautiful culmination of everything I’ve experienced so far. It’s a time to fully embrace who I’ve become while remaining open to the new lessons and adventures that await. I’m stepping into this year with a heart full of gratitude, knowing that God’s 8:28 promise continues to guide me.

I recently had the opportunity to go on another cruise. The most recent and most exhilarating 4-day fire and sunset soirees cruise with Virgin Voyages. From the moment I stepped aboard, the excitement was palpable, and the experiences that followed made this trip one for the books.

Imagine this: you’re on a sleek, sexy ship, the ocean breeze in your hair, and a cocktail in hand. That’s exactly how my journey on Virgin Voyages’ Fire and Sunset Soirées cruise. This four-day adventure took me from the lively streets of Key West to the serene sands of Bimini Beach Resort, and every moment was pure bliss.

Key West was an absolute vibe! I rented a golf cart with my crew, which was the perfect way to explore the island. We cruised down Legendary Duval Street, stopping for a slice of authentic key lime pie and some of the freshest lobster rolls I've ever had at DJ’s Clam Shack. No fillers, just pure lobster goodness. We even made it to the Southernmost Point of the continental USA, snapping pics just 90 miles from Cuba. The whole day was filled with laughs, great food, and unforgettable sights. The locals were so chill I was happy to be back in Florida since my time living there in 2015 and 2017 during my Disney College Programs. The local shops were so cute and seeing the wild roosters roaming the streets were a culture shock. While shopping on Duval Street I was able to buy a cute Coach Nolita barrel bag I had been eyeing.

Bimini Beach Resort was all about relaxation. Picture this: toes in the sand, a cabana with a view of the ocean, and the gentle sound of waves lapping the shore. I started my day with a luxurious walk along the beach, collecting seashells and soaking up the sun. Then, I spent the rest of the day lounging in my cabana, embracing the beach bum life. Bimini’s private beach club is truly a slice of paradise. Alternatively, you can explore the town of Bimini on your own if you prefer to be where the locals are.

While the boat docks in many ports there is plenty to enjoy on the ship without leaving. The ship itself is a destination! Virgin Voyages' Valiant Lady offers a plethora of luxurious amenities. From the moment I stepped onboard, I was blown away by the variety of entertainment and relaxation options. The state-of-the-art gym kept me active with the latest fitness equipment and group workout sessions. After a workout, the onboard luxury spa was the perfect place to unwind with a soothing massage or facial. Let’s not forget the high-end shopping experience with luxury retailers offering everything from designer fashion to unique souvenirs.

When I decided to embark on a cruise with Virgin Voyages, I knew it would be a unique experience, but it exceeded all my expectations. This adults-only cruise line promises a grown and sexy vibe, and that's exactly what it delivers—no drama, just good vibes and sunshine.
 
One of the standout aspects of my trip was the high number of solo cruisers. Although I was with a group, I opted for a solo insider room, which turned out to be an excellent decision. Navigating the ship by myself, I felt completely safe and enjoyed meeting several solo cruisers, each with their own fascinating stories. The attentive staff made me feel welcome and the delicious food added to the overall luxury.

Unlike traditional cruises with large buffets, Virgin Voyages offers several made-to-order eateries, all included in the price. This innovative approach to dining means you get fresh, high-quality meals without the lines and crowds of a buffet. Every meal felt like a special event, whether it was a casual bite or a sit-down dinner.

During the daytime, The Galley was my go-to spot. This onboard food hall featured a variety of counters offering everything from tacos, sandwiches, sushi, and ramen to burgers, hot dogs, and a build-your-own salad bar. They even had a dessert section. Trust me, you will not run out of delicious food on this ship! The ice cream shop, cheekily named “Lick Me Until Ice Scream” was so good I found myself going to get a mid-day ice cream everyday… y’all know the calories on vacation don’t count.

Every night on the Valiant Lady, you’re treated to a dinner reservation at one of the ship’s exquisite sit-down restaurants. I had the pleasure of dining at Razzle Dazzle, Gunbae, and The Wake.
• Razzle Dazzle: I ordered Old Bay wings and lamb shank 
• Gunbae: This Korean BBQ-style eatery wasn't just about the delicious kimchi fried rice and marinated beef, but also the fun drinking game “Gunbae” at the end of the meal.
• The Wake: An upscale steakhouse where I savored a perfectly cooked filet mignon, tender lamb chops, clam chowder, and a classic wedge salad.
While my recent cruise was filled with fantastic dining experiences, there were a few specialty restaurants I didn’t get the chance to try but am eagerly looking forward to on my next voyage.
Pink Agave:is on my must-try list for its vibrant and contemporary take on Mexican cuisine.
Extra Virgin: is another specialty dining option I’m excited to explore. Known for its fresh and authentic Italian fare, it promises a delightful array of pasta, seafood, and other Italian classics.
Test Kitchen has caught my eye with its innovative approach to dining. The concept of experimental cuisine is so interesting to me. 

After a delectable dinner, the ship’s nightlife offers something for everyone, from relaxed bars to high-energy entertainment. Here’s a glimpse into what awaits you after the sun sets.

I think I spent the most time at the social club based on who I was traveling with. But the solo cruisers I met spent lots of time at the manor. I did travel with an older crowd, so the social club was more their speed The socials club is like a local bar… there were drinks karaoke and good vibes, I enjoyed myself. The wings were good the popcorn was great, and the karaoke was hilarious. 

Alternatively at the manor the club was jumpin. I went to the manor on scarlet night. No matter your mood, the Valiant Lady offers a variety of nightlife options to suit every taste. From elegant lounges to casual bars and high-energy venues, your nights aboard will be as memorable as your days.

What I love most about being a digital nomad is the freedom and flexibility it affords me. Whether I'm working from a bustling cafe in Barcelona, a serene beach in Bali, or a cozy cabin in the mountains, I have the autonomy to design my ideal workspace and schedule. This level of flexibility not only enhances my productivity and creativity but also allows me to fully immerse myself in the destinations I visit, experiencing new cultures, cuisines, and adventures along the way.

But it's not all about work. One of the greatest joys of the digital nomad lifestyle is the ability to prioritize experiences and enjoyment. Whether it's navigating the vibrant souks of Dubai, immersing myself in the bustling night bazaars of New Zealand alongside my best friend Chris, or indulging in the tranquil beauty of California's vineyards with my aunt Kim, each adventure reminds me of life's exquisite richness. By harmonizing my professional pursuits with these enriching experiences, I've crafted a life that resonates with both financial success and profound personal fulfillment.

I’ve always been a perfume girly. When I was younger, I remember having the Britney Spears fantasy perfume in the pink bottle with the rhinestones all over it and the Britney Spears curious perfume in the blue bottle that was shaped like a diamond. Those were my favorite fragrances growing up. I can smell fantasy just thinking about it just brings back memories. I also had three mist from Victoria secrets that I loved down. The two fragrances were love spell in the purple bottle pure seduction in the pink bottle and also very sexy in the red bottle.

Middle school was such a time for me. I went to school in the suburbs and my classmates were rich. My parents were able to keep up with the times thankfully. I came to school in designer clothes, Christian Dior sunglasses and so many perfumes that I was able to be introduced to from a young age fragrances like Ed Hardy  and Juicy Couture, Esacada, Paris Hilton,and Beyonce Heat were popular at the time. When I got to high school we had fragrances like Coach Poppy that was super trendy .

I can honestly say in my college years I fell off the perfume bandwagon and I switched over to LUSH products and more natural body care but, in my adult years I fell in love with perfume again and over time, I've curated a collection of perfumes that speak to my individuality and style. In this blog post, I'm going to share some of my favorite scents that have found a special place in my heart and on my vanity. I've done the work, so you don’t have to! Let me introduce you to some of My Personal Favs - scents that have become an essential part of my everyday life.

Baccarat Rouge 540:  Maybe I am exaggerating but this is my favorite perfume.  I would smell this fragrance so often when I worked in high end retail, and I never knew the name of it. People are gate keepers y’all, can you believe that? When I finally found out the name of it the price tag had me shook. I spent years buying dupes of it and replicas until I finally received the real thing on my 28th birthday. I wore it to a Chicago Bulls game and had the man in front of me howling! And y’all he knew the fragrance by name. This fragrance is a mesmerizing blend. Top notes are Saffron and Jasmine; middle notes are Amberwood and Ambergris; base notes are Fir Resin and Cedar It's perfect for those special evenings when you want to feel effortlessly elegant and alluring.

Yara by Lattafa: When I'm in the mood for luxury and missing my time in Dubai, Yara by Lattafa never disappoints. This Perfume has literally made a man say to me that you smell so good when your next to me I can’t focus.  Yara smells powdery and pretty yet still its RICH, Top notes are Orchid, Heliotrope and Tangerine; middle notes are Gourmand Accord and Tropical Fruits; base notes are Vanilla, Musk and Sandalwood. It’s like perfect for the princess vibes.

Lancome Idole and La Vie Est Belle: I got to be honest my mama put me on to these two and I was hesitant at first but baby when I tell you these smell so good, so sophisticated and not a lot of people know about them . These two are like the dynamic duo of my fragrance collection. Lancome Idole's floral and musky notes make it oh so delicious while La Vie Est Belle's sweet and gourmand aroma is ideal for cozy occasions.

After listing a few of my personal favs it’s clear that I’m a gourmand Girly, and I’m okay with that! Shout out to Gourmand. Let’s get into the crowd favorites and scents that I’ve heard about or have smelled but haven’t made the purchase for myself just yet.

Mojave Ghost by Byredo: This is a fragrance I have not tried personally but just by reading the notes; Top notes are Citron and Aldehydes; middle note is Jasmine; base notes are Teak Wood and Amber I know that I would be interested and maybe even a fan. Subtle, yet alluring, Mojave Ghost by Byredo transports me to the vast, serene landscapes of the Mojave Desert with its delicate notes of ambrette, magnolia, and sandalwood. Its ethereal scent embodies the essence of wanderlust and exploration. Y'all know I've been known to be a traveler myself.

Kayali Perfumes: Comes from the house of HUDA Beauty and there is a vast collection of Kayali scents featured on my store front. I just haven’t been able to narrow it down just yet, because she has 20 perfumes in her fragrance base. Each scent is very unique and luxury. Kayali reminds me so much of my time spent in Dubai especially now that she has joined the cast of Dubai Bling.I Recommend Trying this Discovery Set listed on my amazon storefront for under $40 USD.Discovery sets are a great way to introduce new fragrance into your rotation.

Dear Reader, 

I need you to look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that it is ok to start over as many times as it takes.

I recently passed my real estate exam after the fourth try, I had to go home and study four times, and that's ok. At the end of the day, I accomplished the goal. there were many times I became discouraged, I almost gave up, I cried I loss sleep and everything. What I noticed was every time I went to take that test I scored higher than the last time.

I recently finished my 75 soft challenge which challenged me to work out 75 days, sometimes twice a day, to reach the ultimate healthy version of myself. What happened after that 75-day challenge is I reverted back to my old ways. I began to eat junk food and I stopped working out. 

I had a choice to make knowing that  What I do now is a mirror image of the type of person I believe that I am  (either consciously or subconsciously). I could choose to either:


One:Throw myself a pity party, saying unkind words to myself and telling myself how I'm a failure because I reverted back to my old ways.

Two: I can look at myself in the mirror and tell myself it is ok to restart on this journey as long as i don't do nothing. 

Doing nothings leave you with no progress at all. Atomic Habits says you only have to be 1% better each day.Which I noticed I was doing.If you can  get 1 percent better each day for one year, you’ll end up thirty-seven times better by the time you’re done.

Starting your weight loss journey for the millionth time doesn't have to be a daunting task. In fact, it's a great opportunity to try something new and make lasting changes!

It's okay to start over as many times as it takes when it comes to losing weight. After all, it takes time and dedication to make lasting changes. That being said, don't beat yourself up if it takes you a while to get the results you want.

Focus on small changes that you can make every day that will help you reach your weight loss goals. With each day, you'll get closer and closer to achieving success. And, if you find yourself struggling, don't forget that it's okay to start over again.

Remember, it's not about how many times you restart your weight loss journey, it's about how many times you keep going. So, take a deep breath and keep moving forward. You can do this!

Weekends are a time for many of us to take a break from our work and focus on the things that make us happy. Our generation has collectively decided we're not going to die for a job who won't do the same for us. We recognize how replaceable we are and we act accordingly. In previous years our parents and grandparents stayed at jobs they were miserable at for years but that is totally not the millennial culture when it comes to work.  We take our PTO and we smile wile doing it off the clock truly means off the clock.For many millennial women, weekends are a time to relax, explore, and have fun.  I live in a big city where there is always something going on so the weekends are a great time for me to try new restaurants see new exhibits and then get home in time do do my Sunday resets. Here are some of the ways that millennial women are spending their weekends off:
Going on Dates:

Whether it’s a romantic dinner with a special someone, or a casual movie night with friends, going on dates is a great way for millennial women to unwind and have a good time. There are so many options for dates these days, from the traditional dinner and a movie to virtual dates and outdoor activities. In this area I could use a lot of work ,  I tend to explore places alone because I truly hate waiting around for others and I love moving oil my own schedule. my energy is very important to me and I'm very cautious of who I share it with. in 2023 I want to open myself up to more dates I think I'm due for a little romance!
Exploring the City:

Many millennial women are taking the opportunity to explore their cities during the weekends. This can mean walking around to different neighborhoods, visiting museums, and trying new restaurants. Exploring the city is a great way to take in the sights and sounds of a new place and also to get some fresh air and exercise. I plan to move soon so exploring different neighborhoods is a great way to explore al of your options and decide which neighborhood would welcome you the best. Chicago is huge and made up of so many neighborhoods that it can be hard to decide , I do believe this is one of the things that have kept me "at home" but when it comes to Chicago you almost cant go wrong.


Seeing Friends and Family:

Weekends are a great time to catch up with friends and family, whether it’s in-person or over video calls. Spending time with loved ones is an important part of self-care and can help to reduce feelings of stress and loneliness. My aunt and uncle own and operate a bakery in Aurora Illinois , we have been blessed to spend alot of time there with family on the weekends celebrating birthdays and just loving one another. most weekends we all gather there order food and just laugh and joke all day, for those days I am truly thankful.
Cleaning the House and Doing Resets:

For many millennial women, weekends are also a time to get things done around the house. This can mean cleaning, reorganizing, and doing any repairs that need to be done. A clean and organized house is a great way to help reduce stress and prepare for the upcoming week. I Love my Sunday resets. Period . I believe the Sunday reset sets the tone for the whole week , getting your laundry done, prepping your meals , scheduling out your social media post, the Sunday resets is there to make your life so much easier .
Work/Life Balance is Important It is important for millennial women to remember to take time for themselves and to set boundaries with work. It is all too easy to become overwhelmed by work and spend too much time on it, leaving little time for self-care. Taking time to rest, relax, and have fun is important for overall wellbeing. Setting boundaries with work and taking time away from it can help to restore balance and prevent burnout. 
Weekends are a great time to take a break and focus on the things that make us happy. For many millennial women, weekends are a time to go on dates, explore the city, and spend time with friends and family. Taking time for self-care and setting boundaries with work are also important for achieving work/life balance.
