My latest travel adventure took me from the wild streets of New Orleans to the bright lights of Las Vegas, and it was a whirlwind of work, play, and everything in between. This journey was not just about visiting two iconic cities; But a note to self that you should play as hard as you work. I kicked off my trip in New Orleans, where I had the privilege of working as a personal assistant to one of my six-figure CEO clients. In my masterclass, I teach how to attract six-figure clients, and this trip was a perfect example of how you can still enjoy yourself while meeting the demands of high-powered business owner while having fun. After the work was done, I made my way to the famous Bourbon Street. Bourbon Street was lined with people dancing, having fun, and sipping on frozen daiquiris. The street was alive with music, laughter, and the kind of vibrant atmosphere that New Orleans is known for.

When it comes to packing for two trips in one, Southwest Airlines is my go-to travel partner. Their open seating plan offers flexibility, but the real game-changer is their generous baggage policy. With Southwest, you get two checked bags, a carry-on item, and a personal item—perfect for when you need to pack for multiple destinations. Using two large suitcases to organize and separate my clothes and essentials by trip allowed me to separate my outfits, accessories, and essentials into different suitcases, making it easy to transition from the busy streets of New Orleans to the bright lights of Las Vegas.

One of the best ways to stay fresh and ready during back-to-back trips is by booking a hotel with laundry facilities. I always pack travel-sized laundry detergent and fabric softener, so I can wash my clothes between trips. Doing laundry at the end of each trip means I come home with clean clothes, ready to be packed away for the next adventure. This is a game-changer for frequent travelers like me who want to keep their travel items organized and ready to go.

After my weekend in New Orleans, I flew straight to Las Vegas without stopping home. Las Vegas was the second wing to my trip, and it didn’t disappoint. Las Vegas was full of highlights, but the Bellagio stood out as an experience I’ll never forget. The Bellagio’s Botanical Garden and Conservatory was so beautiful that it brought tears to my eyes.

I was completely swept away by the "Higher Love" exhibit. Picture colorful hot-air balloons floating through the air, surrounded by vibrant florals—it was like stepping into a romantic dream. The whole display, inspired by European nostalgia and timeless love, really hit home for me. As a hopeless romantic who's always daydreaming about my wedding and the idea of love, this exhibit had me in tears. I could feel every bit of love and beauty they were trying to capture. If you’re anything like me, you’ll absolutely love it. I highly recommend checking it out before it ends on September 7th. I’ve been to Vegas countless times, and I’ve literally never been to the Bellagio. The beauty of the Bellagio alone made me want to book my next stay in Vegas as a guest in the Bellagio suites.

The real fun and real winnings in Vegas are in Old Vegas. Once you leave the strip and travel out to old Vegas it’s a completely different vibe. Freemont streets sits under a dome like structure covered with images projected and people ziplining above you. There are still hotels and bars on the streets and of course the casinos. A little-known secret is that everyone knows those slots pay out more in old Vegas.  Ans I was able to witness people hitting jackpots on their slot machines.
 
During this particular trip to Vegas, we rented a car, and we drove out to Bulgogi’s Gourmet hotdogs per the recommendation of Tik Tok food Vlogger Keith Lee.  We were greeted very warmly by the cashier who took out order and sat our party of 10 in this local restaurant. I went into this knowing the glowing reviews they had received but nothing could have prepared us for the delicious goodness that was Buldogi’s. my Group tried several of the breakfast sandwiches from their egg drop menu. I personally tried their Korean fried chicken sandwich the chicken was juicy fresh perfectly breaded and sauced. Their home made Korean slaw made the sandwich so refreshing and delicious.
 
The food was so great we came back the next day for round two where I tried a bulgogi hot dog…. The all-beef hot dog topped with tender juicy marinated beef bulgogi hit the spot. I kept telling my waiter “I can’t believe y’all made this” so if you’re ever in Vegas and you want to get away from all the Hussle and bustle and try a local favorite I highly recommend Buldogi’s. the service was exceptional. The team was very attentive and interactive and the food was 10/10 my family kept saying they had never tasted anything like this it wasn’t mass produced, it was made with love and made to order.
 
While in Vegas I was able to visit my local Keller Willams Office. I find myself truly blessed to use my travel benefits to travel all over the world selling Real Estate connecting with my referral partners and helping my Real Estate clients relocate all across the globe. I always wondered how I could tie in being a travel agent and realtor, but it all works together.

They make it easy to find what you need without digging through your entire bag. Plus, they compress your clothes, allowing you to fit more into your luggage.

4. Reusable Water Bottle:Staying hydrated while traveling is crucial, and having a reusable water bottle helps you do that sustainably. Many airports, hotels, and tourist spots have water refill stations, so you can save money and reduce plastic waste by carrying your own bottle.

Look for one with multiple USB ports for added convenience.When i went to dubai i had purchased the wrong country's adapter. Having an adapter which features every country's adapter will be most beneficial to me and you in the future.

8. Portable Power Bank:Running out of battery while on the go can be a nightmare, especially if you're relying on your phone for maps, bookings, and communication. A portable power bank ensures you always have a backup charge available. My phone died in Key West. I Was so thankful my dad had a portable charger.Having my own is a must for my upcoming trip.

9. Travel Pillow and Blanket:Comfort is key during long flights or bus rides. A good travel pillow and a compact, cozy blanket can make all the difference, helping you arrive at your destination well-rested and ready to explore.Plus its always freezing on the airplane.

10. First Aid Kit:It's always better to be prepared. A small first aid kit with essentials like band-aids, antiseptic wipes, pain relievers, and any personal medications can be incredibly handy in case of minor injuries or illnesses.When i was in dubai my feet kept gettign cut up, it was a struggle to find a simple bandaid. Having my own little first aid kit would have been a game-changer.

I recently had the opportunity to go on another cruise. The most recent and most exhilarating 4-day fire and sunset soirees cruise with Virgin Voyages. From the moment I stepped aboard, the excitement was palpable, and the experiences that followed made this trip one for the books.

Imagine this: you’re on a sleek, sexy ship, the ocean breeze in your hair, and a cocktail in hand. That’s exactly how my journey on Virgin Voyages’ Fire and Sunset Soirées cruise. This four-day adventure took me from the lively streets of Key West to the serene sands of Bimini Beach Resort, and every moment was pure bliss.

Key West was an absolute vibe! I rented a golf cart with my crew, which was the perfect way to explore the island. We cruised down Legendary Duval Street, stopping for a slice of authentic key lime pie and some of the freshest lobster rolls I've ever had at DJ’s Clam Shack. No fillers, just pure lobster goodness. We even made it to the Southernmost Point of the continental USA, snapping pics just 90 miles from Cuba. The whole day was filled with laughs, great food, and unforgettable sights. The locals were so chill I was happy to be back in Florida since my time living there in 2015 and 2017 during my Disney College Programs. The local shops were so cute and seeing the wild roosters roaming the streets were a culture shock. While shopping on Duval Street I was able to buy a cute Coach Nolita barrel bag I had been eyeing.

Bimini Beach Resort was all about relaxation. Picture this: toes in the sand, a cabana with a view of the ocean, and the gentle sound of waves lapping the shore. I started my day with a luxurious walk along the beach, collecting seashells and soaking up the sun. Then, I spent the rest of the day lounging in my cabana, embracing the beach bum life. Bimini’s private beach club is truly a slice of paradise. Alternatively, you can explore the town of Bimini on your own if you prefer to be where the locals are.

While the boat docks in many ports there is plenty to enjoy on the ship without leaving. The ship itself is a destination! Virgin Voyages' Valiant Lady offers a plethora of luxurious amenities. From the moment I stepped onboard, I was blown away by the variety of entertainment and relaxation options. The state-of-the-art gym kept me active with the latest fitness equipment and group workout sessions. After a workout, the onboard luxury spa was the perfect place to unwind with a soothing massage or facial. Let’s not forget the high-end shopping experience with luxury retailers offering everything from designer fashion to unique souvenirs.

When I decided to embark on a cruise with Virgin Voyages, I knew it would be a unique experience, but it exceeded all my expectations. This adults-only cruise line promises a grown and sexy vibe, and that's exactly what it delivers—no drama, just good vibes and sunshine.
 
One of the standout aspects of my trip was the high number of solo cruisers. Although I was with a group, I opted for a solo insider room, which turned out to be an excellent decision. Navigating the ship by myself, I felt completely safe and enjoyed meeting several solo cruisers, each with their own fascinating stories. The attentive staff made me feel welcome and the delicious food added to the overall luxury.

Unlike traditional cruises with large buffets, Virgin Voyages offers several made-to-order eateries, all included in the price. This innovative approach to dining means you get fresh, high-quality meals without the lines and crowds of a buffet. Every meal felt like a special event, whether it was a casual bite or a sit-down dinner.

During the daytime, The Galley was my go-to spot. This onboard food hall featured a variety of counters offering everything from tacos, sandwiches, sushi, and ramen to burgers, hot dogs, and a build-your-own salad bar. They even had a dessert section. Trust me, you will not run out of delicious food on this ship! The ice cream shop, cheekily named “Lick Me Until Ice Scream” was so good I found myself going to get a mid-day ice cream everyday… y’all know the calories on vacation don’t count.

Every night on the Valiant Lady, you’re treated to a dinner reservation at one of the ship’s exquisite sit-down restaurants. I had the pleasure of dining at Razzle Dazzle, Gunbae, and The Wake.
• Razzle Dazzle: I ordered Old Bay wings and lamb shank 
• Gunbae: This Korean BBQ-style eatery wasn't just about the delicious kimchi fried rice and marinated beef, but also the fun drinking game “Gunbae” at the end of the meal.
• The Wake: An upscale steakhouse where I savored a perfectly cooked filet mignon, tender lamb chops, clam chowder, and a classic wedge salad.
While my recent cruise was filled with fantastic dining experiences, there were a few specialty restaurants I didn’t get the chance to try but am eagerly looking forward to on my next voyage.
Pink Agave:is on my must-try list for its vibrant and contemporary take on Mexican cuisine.
Extra Virgin: is another specialty dining option I’m excited to explore. Known for its fresh and authentic Italian fare, it promises a delightful array of pasta, seafood, and other Italian classics.
Test Kitchen has caught my eye with its innovative approach to dining. The concept of experimental cuisine is so interesting to me. 

After a delectable dinner, the ship’s nightlife offers something for everyone, from relaxed bars to high-energy entertainment. Here’s a glimpse into what awaits you after the sun sets.

I think I spent the most time at the social club based on who I was traveling with. But the solo cruisers I met spent lots of time at the manor. I did travel with an older crowd, so the social club was more their speed The socials club is like a local bar… there were drinks karaoke and good vibes, I enjoyed myself. The wings were good the popcorn was great, and the karaoke was hilarious. 

Alternatively at the manor the club was jumpin. I went to the manor on scarlet night. No matter your mood, the Valiant Lady offers a variety of nightlife options to suit every taste. From elegant lounges to casual bars and high-energy venues, your nights aboard will be as memorable as your days.

After experiencing all that the Valiant Lady has to offer, I’m thrilled to give this cruise line a solid 4.5 stars out of 5. There’s truly something for everyone on board, making it a fantastic choice for diverse travel preferences.
